Construction of an outdoor ice rink at the Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki Sports and Recreation Centre

The contract covers the design and construction of a seasonal outdoor artificial ice rink at the Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki Sports and Recreation Centre. The works are to be delivered under a design-and-build arrangement within 11 months of contract signature. The scope includes full multidisciplinary design documentation and permits, demolition and site preparation, drainage and foundations, refrigeration systems, a 480 m² rink measuring approximately 16 m by 30 m, a summer multifunctional sports surface, container facilities, sports and winter equipment, testing, initial ice freezing, staff training and as-built documentation. The rink will also serve as a multifunctional sports court outside the winter season. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 11:30. The bid bond is PLN 7,000, and the performance security is 3% of the total contract price. Offers are assessed by price at 60% and warranty period at 40%; the offered warranty must be between 36 and 60 months.
