Construction of a sanitary sewer network in the Nowa Wies area, Malbork municipality – for Stage III of the road construction

Summary

The contract covers construction of sanitary sewer infrastructure for Stage III in the Nowa Wieś Malborska area, Wielbark Poligon sołectwo, Malbork municipality. The works include 761.0 m of gravity sewer made of 200 mm PVC pipes, 121.0 m of 225 mm PP sewer, 192.5 m of 110 mm PE SDR17 PE100RC pressure pipeline, 350.0 m of 160 mm PVC service connections and 42 DN160 sewer caps, together with manholes, an air-release chamber, odour-neutralisation elements, excavation, reinstatement, testing, CCTV inspection and as-built surveying. The works must be completed by 23 December 2026 and the tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 10:00. The price is scored at 60 points and the warranty at 40 points; the minimum warranty is 3 years, while 6 years or more receives the maximum warranty score. A PLN 40,000 tender guarantee is required, and the successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price and liability insurance of at least PLN 3,000,000. Key gravity and pressure sewer works must be performed personally by the contractor. Construction and installation workers covered by the statutory employment requirement must be employed under employment contracts throughout the works.
