Supply of sound reinforcement and audiovisual equipment for military bands and military units

Summary

The procurement concerns the delivery of sound reinforcement and audiovisual equipment for military bands, Military Unit No. 6021 and the military units supplied by it. The contract is divided into five lots, with a total estimated value of PLN 176,655.14; the individual lot values are PLN 67,096.82, PLN 28,202.44, PLN 38,133.62, PLN 34,608.62 and PLN 8,613.64. Bidders may submit offers for any or all lots, but must cover every required item within each selected lot. The authority requires standard, ready-made, market-available products that are complete and ready for use. Delivery must be completed within 30 days of signing the contract. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 00:00. Offers are evaluated by price (60%), delivery time (30%) and the social criterion concerning the employment of Territorial Defence or Active Reserve soldiers (10%).
