Supply of a New Agricultural Tractor for Logistical Security and Continuity of Supplies

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of one factory-new agricultural tractor with a front loader and equipment for the civil protection programme. The tractor and equipment must be unused, manufactured in 2025 or 2026, technically operational, legally and physically defect-free, road-legal, complete and ready for use. The supplier must meet all minimum technical requirements, provide registration documents, Polish operating instructions, warranty documents and certificates, deliver the equipment to the contracting authority’s premises in Szastarka, and provide operational training. Delivery is required within 30 days of contract signing. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8 September 2026 at 12:00 and will be evaluated by price (60%) and manufacturer’s warranty period (40%).
