Boiler room modernisation

Summary

The procurement concerns the modernisation of boiler rooms in two lots. In both the Public Primary School branch in Mleczków and the Municipal Public Library in Zakrzew, the contractor must dismantle parts of the existing oil-fired boiler room, install an internal gas system, supply and install a gas boiler with a sealed combustion chamber, label the installation, perform the required tests and commissioning, handle boiler registration with the Technical Inspection Office, prepare as-built documentation and provide full warranty and servicing throughout the guarantee period. Each lot has a two-month performance period. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100 points. Bids and required documents must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 12:00; a performance security is required, but no bid guarantee is required.
