Summary

The contract covers the construction of a warehouse building on the premises of JRG Radzionków at 2 Danielecka Street. The works include site preparation and earthworks, reinforced concrete and steel structures, masonry, insulation, finishing works, roads and building installations, including water, sewage, sanitary, ventilation, heating and electrical systems. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026. Evaluation is based on price (80%) and the warranty period for the works and supplied and installed materials (20%). A PLN 28,560 tender guarantee is required.
