Reconstruction, extension and upward extension of the rural community centre building in Dębiny with the necessary technical infrastructure

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive reconstruction, extension and upward extension of the rural community centre in Dębiny, including technical installations, site development, delivery and installation of equipment. The works cover demolition, general construction, structural concrete, masonry, roofing, insulation, finishing works, electrical, sanitary, heating, ventilation, cooling, telecommunications and photovoltaic installations, as well as external paving, fencing and landscaping. The contract is to be completed within 8 months of signing. One complete tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 08:00. A bid guarantee of PLN 5,000 is required. Offers are evaluated by price at 60% and warranty period at 40%; the warranty must be at least 4 years and is assessed up to 6 years.
