Adaptation of the Opole Philharmonic building to the needs of persons with disabilities

Summary

The contract covers design and construction works to adapt the Opole Philharmonic building for persons with disabilities. The works include refurbishing an accessible first-floor toilet, installing tactile guidance and warning paths, and supplying and installing a stairlift platform for wheelchair users. The contractor must complete the design, construction, installation, commissioning, testing, staff training and technical-authority approval within 42 calendar days of signing the contract. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 12:00. The bid evaluation criteria are price (60 points), warranty period (30 points) and a social criterion (10 points). A site visit is required before submitting a bid.
