Modernisation of the old OSiR asphalt court at Moniuszki 10 in Zawiercie

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and installation of a modular sports surface on the existing 42 m × 22 m asphalt court at OSiR in Zawiercie, covering 924 m². The scope includes anchoring the polypropylene–elastomer surface, marking two pickleball courts, two 3×3 basketball courts and a 40 m × 20 m football/handball court, installing the customer-supplied football/handball goals, and supplying and installing two adjustable basketball hoops. The surface must be at least 20 mm thick, meet the specified biomechanical and slip-resistance parameters, include the required technical documentation and hygiene certificate, and be suitable for year-round use. Completion is required within 60 days of contract signing, with a 5-year warranty and 5-year statutory defect liability period. The price is the only award criterion and bids must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026 at 12:00. A physical sample of one finished module must also reach the contracting authority by that deadline.
