Reconstruction of server-room premises with installation of a gas fire-extinguishing system at the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Szczecin

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of server-room premises and the installation of a gas fire-extinguishing system with detection, signalling and control functions at the Regional Prosecutor’s Office building in Szczecin, Edmunda Bałuki Street 11. The works include demolition and construction of partition walls, new fire-rated doors, a raised technical floor, electrical and IT cabling adjustments, air-conditioning works, adaptation of the fire alarm system, installation of an iFlow-type or equivalent gas-extinguishing system, testing and as-built documentation. The works must be completed within 60 days of signing the contract. Only one complete tender may be submitted, in Polish and electronically via the e-Zamówienia platform by 14 September 2026 at 10:00. The award criteria are price 60%, warranty period 20% and response time for defect removal 20%.
