Ongoing maintenance service for fountains located in urban green areas

Summary

The contract covers the ongoing maintenance of 12 fountains in public green areas in Rzeszów from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027. The services include winter machinery-room inspections, joint replacement and reattachment of loose stone elements with sealing, removal of limescale from fountain basins, 11 laboratory water tests for Legionella bacteria, commissioning of 12 fountains, routine maintenance and winter protection of 12 fountains. The required quantities include 121 days of winter inspections at the fountain in Papieski Park and 17 weeks at the other fountains, up to 10 m² of joint and stone-element repairs, up to 6 m² of basin cleaning, eight months of routine maintenance for most fountains and two months for two fountains. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 10:00, with a PLN 3,000 bid guarantee.
