Supply of office supplies for the Rzeszów City Office and the city’s organizational units

Summary

The tender concerns the sale and delivery of 181 types of office supplies for the Rzeszów City Office and its organizational units. The contract will run for 12 months from signing, but not earlier than 17 September 2026. Deliveries must be made at the supplier’s expense, including unloading, within a maximum of 5 working days of each order. The buyer may increase each item quantity by up to 30% under the option, up to a total value of PLN 3,252.03 net. Offers are scored by price (60%) and delivery time (40%); delivery within 2, 3, 4 or 5 working days receives 40, 30, 20 or 0 points respectively.
