Construction of household wastewater treatment plants in Żytno Municipality under a design-and-build arrangement

Summary

The contract covers the design and construction of 46 household biological wastewater treatment plants in Żytno Municipality under a design-and-build arrangement. The contractor must prepare the design documentation, obtain the required decisions and approvals, supply, install and commission the plants and any necessary pumping stations, perform the associated civil, installation and electrical works, restore the sites, carry out testing and as-built surveying, train all users, provide operating instructions, prepare a performance report and inspect all installed plants once every 12 months during the warranty period. The works must be completed within 12 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 00:00. Price carries 60 points and quality warranty carries 40 points.
