Removal of bulky and solid waste from premises owned by the Municipality of Koszalin and administered by the Municipal Housing Authority

Summary

The contract concerns the regular emptying of residential and other premises administered by the Municipal Housing Authority in Koszalin, including basements, attics and storage rooms, and the removal, loading, transport and delivery of bulky waste, solid refuse, furniture and other unwanted items to authorised waste management or disposal facilities. Orders will be issued successively and must be completed within a maximum of 4 working days. The contract runs until 30 September 2027, with a guaranteed minimum of 70% of the contractual value and a maximum gross remuneration of PLN 215,884.00. The estimated quantity for pricing is 847 m³ and VAT is 8%. The gross price is the only award criterion. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 09:00. Employment on the basis of an employment contract and payment of at least the statutory minimum wage are required for the personnel performing the specified activities.
