Creation of a Regional FAS/FASD Diagnosis and Therapy Centre – Adaptation and Renovation of Premises

Summary

The contract covers construction, adaptation, renovation and interior finishing works for approximately 161.31 m² of ground-floor premises in the building of the Regional Centre for Social Policy in Rzeszów, to create a regional FAS/FASD diagnosis and therapy centre. The works include demolition and preparatory works, partition walls, floors, plastering, wall finishes, painting, doors, internal electrical installations, room signage and related works. The contract must be completed within 100 days of signing. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 10:00 via the procurement platform. Evaluation is based on price (60%), completion time (38%) and a social criterion concerning the engagement of a person with a disability (2%). A performance bond and civil liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000 are required.
