The tender covers the supply of equipment and construction and installation works under a project to adapt and modernise the working environment of the Dębica County Office and County Roads Authority. It is divided into five lots, and bids may be submitted for all lots: office equipment; computer equipment and multifunction devices; purchase and installation of employee modules; purchase and installation of an access control system; and construction and installation works. The scope includes, among other items, ergonomic chairs, office equipment, laptops, multifunction devices, software modules, access control equipment, 20 doors, 130 m² of flooring and 150 litres of paint. The contract is to be completed by 10 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 11:00. Price carries 60% and extended warranty carries 40% of the evaluation score.
