Renovation of a residential unit to create an assisted living apartment in the Municipality of Drawno

Summary

The contract covers the renovation of a 66.94 m² residential unit at Choszczenska Street in Drawno to create an assisted living apartment. The works include demolition and removal, waste disposal, new electrical, water, sewage, gas and central-heating installations, installation of a dual-function gas boiler, new partitions, plastering, bathroom and kitchen-related works, flooring, doors, painting and hardening the area for an external access ramp. The completed apartment must meet the applicable standards for assisted living apartments. The works, including acceptance, must be completed by 30 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 11:00. The bid guarantee is PLN 2,000, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price. Award criteria are price (60%) and the warranty period for the works and installed materials (40%).
