Modernization and adaptation of the premises of the Local Integration Centre in Laskowo

Summary

The tender concerns modernization and adaptation works for the premises of the Local Integration Centre in Laskowo. The works include renovation of the main hall, kitchen, back-of-house kitchen area and bathroom; damp-proofing and thermal insulation; renewal of plaster, floors, tiles and doors; installation of suspended ceilings, fixed kitchen fittings and sanitary equipment; modernization of electrical, ventilation, hydraulic and gas connections; installation of heating-capable air-conditioning units; and finishing works. The contract must be completed by 14 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish via the purchasing platform by 18 September 2026 at 11:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and the warranty and statutory guarantee period (40%).
