Construction of a pump track and associated infrastructure at the children’s park on Bulwar Street in Sokołów Podlaski

Summary

The contract covers construction of a beginner-level asphalt pump track and associated recreational infrastructure at the children’s park on Bulwar Street in Sokołów Podlaski. The works include demolition of the former concrete skatepark surface, earthworks and embankments, construction of the pump track and a 61 m² asphalt recreation and access area, landscaping, benches, waste bin, bicycle stands, an information board, lighting and video-monitoring infrastructure, as well as surveying and as-built documentation. The pump track is planned with a 79 m long riding line, 197 m² of asphalt surface, five banked turns and a minimum riding width of 2.0 m. The works must be completed by 16 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding for 30 days. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty is 36 months and the maximum period scored is 60 months.
