Provision of cleaning services

Summary

The procurement concerns comprehensive cleaning services for the Centrum Kultury Filmowej im. Andrzeja Wajdy in Warsaw. The scope covers Kino Tęcza at Suzina 6, including offices, foyer, café, toilets, courtyard and adjacent areas, with snow removal and greenery maintenance, as well as office and projection-room premises at Al. Ujazdowskie 20. Services include regular and periodic cleaning, window and upholstery cleaning, carpet washing, hygiene supplies, snow removal and greenery maintenance. The contract runs from 16 October 2026 to 31 December 2027 at Suzina 6 and from 4 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 at the Al. Ujazdowskie 20 locations. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100%. The bid must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026 at 09:00, with a PLN 3,000 bid guarantee. A 5% performance security and civil liability insurance of at least PLN 250,000 are also required.
