Inspection and repair of air-conditioning units at EKO-REGION facilities III / 2026

Summary

The tender concerns inspection, maintenance and repair of air-conditioning units at facilities operated by “EKO-REGION” sp. z o.o. The contract is divided into 11 lots, and bids may be submitted for all lots. Each lot has a 12-month duration and includes technical advice on improving the maintenance and use of the facilities and assessing the condition of the air-conditioning equipment and installations. Offers must be submitted electronically, including in the required electronic catalogue format, and documents may be prepared only in Polish. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100 points. The contracting authority may award repeat services of the same type up to 50% of the value of the basic contract for each task.
