The contract covers renovation and adaptation of rooms in the gynecology and obstetrics building of the M. Pirogov Regional Specialist Hospital in Lodz for specialist outpatient clinics, including replacement of the passenger lift and construction of an access ramp for persons with disabilities. The works also include demolition and general construction works, finishes, replacement of doors and windows, flooring and wall finishes, painting, electrical, telecommunications and sanitary installations, air-conditioning and ventilation systems, and metal construction works. The works must be completed by 13 November 2026 in a functioning hospital environment. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 15 September 2026 at 10:00, following a mandatory site visit on at least one of the specified dates. Offers are evaluated by price and warranty periods for air-conditioning units, the passenger lift and construction works. A 5% performance security is required before contract signature.
