Modernisation of Building No. 90, the Morgue, on the Premises of the Mazovian Specialist Health Centre in Pruszków

Summary

The procurement concerns comprehensive construction and installation works to modernise Building No. 90, the morgue building on the premises of the Mazovian Specialist Health Centre named after Professor Jan Mazurkiewicz in Pruszków. The works include drying damp lower wall sections, replacing the roof structure and covering, replacing sheet-metal flashings, conserving the façade, brickwork, joints, windows and doors, demolishing a later extension, and adapting the building to the required technical and sanitary standard. The contractor must also perform tests and commissioning, train the contracting authority’s staff, supply and install built-in equipment, clean the site and carry out initial floor impregnation. The contract period is 12 months, and the bid must be submitted electronically in Polish via the procurement platform by 22 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 40,000 bid guarantee is required.
