Construction of internal central-heating and domestic-hot-water installations at 31 Noniewicza Street in Suwałki

Summary

The contract covers construction of internal central-heating and domestic hot-water systems supplied by a dual-function heat substation at a two-unit residential building at 31 Noniewicza Street in Suwałki. The works also include installing domestic hot-water meters and heat meters, adapting an entrance-hall room into a heat-substation room, insulating the ceiling and external walls, and refurbishing rooms. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026; adaptation of the basement room for the heat substation must be completed within 20 days of signing the contract. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 09:00. Price carries 80% of the score, construction-work warranty and statutory liability 10%, and warranty and statutory liability for installed equipment 10%.
