Provision of technical maintenance services for the PAP building at Bracka 6/8 in Warsaw

Summary

The tender concerns technical operation, periodic inspections and repairs of the technical installations and equipment at the PAP building at Bracka 6/8 in Warsaw. The contract will run for 12 months, no later than from 1 October 2026. The service includes weekday on-site supervision by at least two employees from 08:00 to 16:00, a technical facility coordinator, 24-hour intervention availability outside those hours with a response within one hour, inspections, repairs, reporting and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, fire safety, water and sanitary systems. The tender is not divided into lots and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically by 8 September 2026 at 12:00; a PLN 6,500 tender guarantee and a performance security of 5% of the gross tender price are required.
