Construction of household wastewater treatment plants in Chynów Municipality

Summary

The design-and-build contract covers the construction of 80 household wastewater treatment plants in Chynów Municipality. The contractor must prepare design and water-law documentation, obtain the required opinions and permits, supply new equipment and materials, carry out all construction, earthworks, sewerage, electrical and related installation works, perform testing and commissioning, provide training and as-built documentation, and deliver warranty-period servicing. The contract period is 5 months from signing. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 11:00, with a PLN 20,000 tender guarantee. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and warranty period (40%).
