Modernisation of changing and sanitary facilities at football pitches in Sonina and Kosina

Summary

The tender concerns the modernisation of changing and sanitary facilities at football pitches in Sonina and Kosina. The works include demolition and dismantling, new floor layers and finishes, wall repairs and painting, ceiling and suspended-ceiling works, joinery, delivery and installation of equipment and sanitary fittings, and electrical or sanitary installations, including testing and commissioning where required. The contract is for 13 months from signature and must be carried out so that the facilities can continue to operate during the football season. Offers must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation uses price (60%) and warranty and guarantee period (40%); the warranty options are 36, 48 or 60 months. A PLN 9,000 bid guarantee is required, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract value.
