Summary

The contract covers maintenance and repair of municipal roads, including road-surface works, paving and asphalting, road-sign installation and related green-area works. The contract period is 2 months and tenders may not be submitted for separate lots. Offers are evaluated by price (60%), the time to start securing the site of a breakdown (25%) and the quality warranty period (15%). The bidder must submit two priced bills of quantities, the required exclusion-ground declaration and, where necessary, a power of attorney. A performance guarantee is required, and specified work must be performed by employees under employment contracts.
