53/PA/2026 – Renovation of vacant residential premises managed by Administracja Domów Miejskich “ADM”

Summary

The tender concerns renovation works in eight residential premises divided into four lots in Bydgoszcz, Poland. The works cover apartments at Gen. T. Bora–Komorowskiego 10, Zbigniewa Herberta 2 and Łokietka 23–25, including construction, electrical, water and sanitary, gas, finishing, plastering, painting, flooring and wall-covering, carpentry, and door and window installation works.
