Construction of an active recreation area along the San River in Lesko – stage II

Summary

The tender concerns construction of the second stage of an active recreation area along the San River in Lesko. The works include a pedestrian and cycling training path, bicycle, leisure and barbecue shelters, small architecture, solar lighting, paved surfaces, a wooden platform and planting. The contract must be completed within 8 months of signing. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 11:00. A bid guarantee of PLN 10,000 is required, and the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price. Offers are assessed on price (60%) and the quality guarantee and defects liability period (40%); the minimum period is 60 months and 84 months or more receives the maximum score. Physical workers and equipment operators must be employed under employment contracts during performance.
