Thermal modernisation of the new wing of the primary school in Chmielek

Summary

The contract covers thermal modernisation and insulation works for the new wing of the primary school in Chmielek. The works include removing and replacing plaster and external window sills, sealing window frames, removing and reinstalling façade elements, cleaning and insulating the façade, paving around the building, replacing part of the lightning-protection system, replacing external blinds with electrical-system adaptations, renovating wooden elements and associated works. The contract must be completed within 2 months of signing. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 10:00. The bid guarantee is PLN 5,000, and the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross offer price. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and the quality-guarantee period (40%), with a required guarantee period of 36–60 months.
