Expansion of the Kosakowo Water Treatment Plant with a new treated-water storage tank under a design-and-build formula

Summary

The tender concerns the design and construction of a new 100 m³ treated-water storage tank integrated with the existing Kosakowo Water Treatment Plant. The contract includes complete multidisciplinary design documentation, surveys and approvals, construction and installation works, automation and electrical systems, commissioning, testing, water-quality checks, as-built documentation, staff training and obtaining the required occupancy approval. The works must maintain the continuous operation of the water treatment plant. The contract duration is 6 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026. The bid must be secured with a PLN 4,200 tender guarantee, and performance security is required. Offers are evaluated by price, weighted at 60%, and the extension of the minimum guarantee period, weighted at 40%.
