Construction of wells serving as backup drinking-water intakes for Oława residents, including installation of submersible pumps

Summary

The contract covers construction of two backup drinking-water wells, Be-a and Va, at the existing Nowy Otok groundwater intake in Oława, including drilling, well construction, installation of submersible pumps, pumping tests, water analysis, site reinstatement and required technical documentation. The planned drilling depths are 91 m for Be-a and 89 m for Va. The works must be completed within 2 months of signing the contract and no later than 15 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 10:00, with a PLN 8,000 bid guarantee. Award criteria are price (60 points) and extended warranty period (40 points); the minimum warranty period is 36 months. The successful contractor must also provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
