Supply of sound reinforcement and stage lighting equipment under the Harmony of Heritage project

Summary

The contract covers the delivery, installation and commissioning of professional stage sound reinforcement and lighting equipment to Gmina Nowogród, Łomżyńska 41, 18-414 Nowogród. The sound system must include acoustic measurements, DSP tuning and at least 4 hours of staff training; the lighting system must include structural installation, equipment setup, scene programming and user training for two people. The equipment must be mutually compatible, factory-new, technically complete and supplied with certificates, attestations and reports permitting sale and use in Poland. The contract must be completed by 15 October 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026 at 10:00 and will be assessed on price (60%) and the warranty and statutory liability period (40%).
