Improving energy efficiency in public-use buildings in Dwikozy municipality – thermal modernisation of the primary schools in Słupcza and Mściów

Summary

The procurement covers thermal modernisation of two primary school buildings in Słupcza and Mściów, within Dwikozy municipality. The works include replacement of windows and doors, insulation of basement and above-ground walls and the attic, external rendering, gutters and downpipes, lightning protection, restoration of external stairs and railings, electrical works, energy-efficient lighting, photovoltaic installations with energy storage, and installation of two condensing boilers with equipment at each school. Bids may be submitted for either or both of the two lots. The contract is to be completed by 31 May 2027. Offers will be evaluated by price (60%) and the extended warranty and defects-liability period (40%); periods below 36 months lead to rejection, while 36, 48 and 60 months receive 0, 20 and 40 points respectively. Offers and required statements must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026.
