Replacement of heat source – Dębica Forest District

Summary

The contract covers construction works for replacing the existing wood-fired heating source with a wood-gasification boiler system in a residential building used as offices at Dębica Forest District, plot 269/8 in Dębica, Rymań municipality. The works include dismantling the existing solid-fuel boiler, radiators, valves, water meter, tanks and pipework; installing a biomass boiler with feeder; connecting central heating and domestic hot water systems; installing expansion vessels, valves and a hot-water tank; and carrying out necessary building and electrical repairs. The works must be completed within 50 days of contract signature, including delivery of as-built documentation and readiness for final acceptance. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 09:00. The bid must include a detailed cost estimate, the required declarations and a PLN 1,000 bid guarantee. Offers are evaluated by price at 60% and warranty period at 40%.
