Summary

The tender concerns the supply of office software packages, laptops with operating systems, scanners, monitors, UPS units, terminal holders, USB KVM switches, webcams, headsets with microphones, computer mice, flash drives, RAM, HDMI and USB cables, DVI-to-HDMI adapters, laptop and UPS batteries, mouse pads and thermal paste for the City of Suwałki. The detailed product list is in the price form. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8 September 2026 at 09:00, and delivery must be completed within 21 days of contract signature. Price has a 60% weighting and warranty a 40% weighting; the warranty offered for the equipment listed in position 3 of the price form must be at least 24 months. No bid guarantee is required.
