Renovation of balconies and terraces

Summary

The tender concerns renovation works for balconies and terraces at the Readaptation and Rehabilitation Centre in Karczew, including demolition, concrete repairs, waterproofing, installation of composite decking, refurbishment and painting of balustrades, renovation of balcony undersides and sides, flashing works, and removal of construction waste. The works must be completed by 11 December 2026. The contract is not divided into lots, the price is the only award criterion with a weight of 100%, and a PLN 8,000 tender guarantee is required. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish and remain binding for 30 days after the submission deadline.
