Revitalisation of the Municipal Park next to the Municipal Office in Zawadzkie

Summary

The tender concerns the design-and-build revitalisation of Zone 1 of the Municipal Park next to the Municipal Office in Zawadzkie. The works include preparing the complete design documentation and carrying out park landscaping, paths, surfaces, a stone fountain, greenery, irrigation, lighting, electrical installations and park or recreational equipment. The contract must be completed within 12 months: design documentation within 3 months and construction works within 12 months of contract signature. The warranty and statutory liability period offered must be at least 60 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 17 September 2026 at 00:00.
