Reconstruction of the municipal road on cadastral plots 1148/9 and 1148/2, Pisz 1 precinct

The contract concerns reconstruction of a municipal road on cadastral plots 1148/9 and 1148/2 in the Pisz 1 precinct. The works include preparatory and earthworks, protective pipes, road lighting, manhole adjustment, pavement sub-base preparation, kerbs and edging, concrete block paving for the carriageway, driveways and access paths, road signs, roadside greenery and removal of conflicting trees. The works must be completed within 290 days of signing the contract and no later than 31 July 2027. One non-divisible tender must be submitted electronically by 16 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 5,000 bid guarantee is required. Tenders are scored by price (60 points) and warranty period (40 points); only 36, 48 or 60 months may be offered. The contracting authority may negotiate prices with up to three highest-scoring tenderers.
