Development of plots at volunteer fire service buildings in Zaklików Municipality

Summary

The procurement concerns the development of plots at volunteer fire service buildings in Zaklików Municipality and is divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers three flagpoles, six LED outdoor lighting poles with a control switchboard, commissioning and electrical measurements at the site behind the fire station in Lipa. Lot 2 covers earthworks, a crushed-stone sub-base, concrete block paving for pedestrian routes and a manoeuvring area, and an accessibility ramp at the volunteer fire station in Stare Baraki. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, and each lot must be completed within two months. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 11:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%), equalisation of the warranty and statutory liability periods (5%), and the length of the statutory liability period for the works and supplied and installed materials (35%). A performance security is required, but no bid guarantee is required.
