Upgrade of the SSP, access control and monitoring systems, and renovation and adaptation of rooms

Summary

The contract covers design and construction works at the building at 64A Powsińska Street in Warsaw: replacement of part of the fire alarm system (SSP) in the basement, ground floor and first floor, renovation of the access control and monitoring systems, and renovation and adaptation of rooms, including conversion of a ground-floor room into a toilet. The contract must be completed within 40 days. A mandatory site visit is required before submitting a tender; a tender submitted without the required visit will be rejected. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026. The tender guarantee is PLN 9,000, and performance security is required. Award criteria are gross price (60 points), experience of the person responsible for commissioning/programming the SSP (30 points), and warranty period (10 points).
