Creating a functional public space for residents – sidewalk renovation in Podklucze

Summary

The contract covers renovation of a 127-metre section of sidewalk along municipal road G12 (101062E) in Podklucze, including renovation of property access crossings, sorting and palletising removed concrete paving blocks, green-area restoration and reseeding, replacement and adjustment of sewer manhole covers, preparation and approval of a temporary traffic management plan, and maintenance and restoration of access roads. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-proPublico platform by 14 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation criteria are price (60%) and warranty and statutory liability period (40%). A performance security is required, but no bid security is required.
