Extension of an administrative building to add an elevator and reconstruction of the building

Summary

The contract covers extending an administrative building to add an elevator and reconstructing the existing building. The extension has a built-up area of 10.21 m², usable area of 6.83 m², volume of 113 m³, height of 14.51 m, width of 2.13 m and length of 5.40 m. The works include building, elevator, installation and electrical works and must be carried out while keeping the administrative building usable and securing the construction site. Completion is required by 14 May 2027. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60 points and the warranty period for 40 points. A PLN 10,000 tender guarantee and performance security amounting to 5% of the total tender price are required.
