Supply of office furniture

Summary

The procurement covers the delivery of office furniture in two lots: Lot A for office furniture and Lot B for desks. Bidders may submit offers for one or both lots. The furniture must be brand new, unused, manufactured no earlier than 2025, and accompanied by certificates permitting sale and use in Poland. The supplier must deliver, unload, carry the furniture to the location indicated by the contracting authority and assemble it, including positioning and levelling. Delivery must be completed within 41 days of contract signature, and the minimum warranty period is 24 months. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish through the eZamawiający platform by 8 September 2026 at 11:00. Award criteria are gross price at 60%, delivery time at 20% and warranty period at 20%.
