Tourist development in the Green Heart of Roztocze

Summary

The contract concerns tourist development works in the Green Heart of Roztocze, divided into four lots: paving works, carpentry works, recreational areas, and lighting. The scope includes pedestrian routes and paving, stairs and barriers, wooden footbridges and floating pontoons, playgrounds and outdoor fitness equipment, small architectural features, park lighting and LED strips. Bids may be submitted for several lots. Lot I must be completed within 4 months of contract signing; Lots II–IV within 11 months. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and the warranty period (40%); the warranty may be offered from 36 to 60 months. A bid guarantee is required: PLN 10,000 for Lots I and III, and PLN 5,000 for Lots II and IV. The winning tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
