Purchase of equipment under a civil protection and civil defence programme

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of equipment under a civil protection and civil defence programme, divided into three lots: a new mini excavator with a transport trailer and three buckets; a new tandem trailer with road-approval documents; and a new tractor with the documents required for registration in Poland. All equipment must be non-prototype, serial-production equipment without construction, material, workmanship or legal defects and must comply with applicable Polish standards and legislation. Offers may be submitted for all lots. The contract must be completed by 15 November 2026, and offers must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%), timeliness (20%) and service availability (20%). A tender guarantee is required for lots 1 and 3, but not for lot 2.
