Supply of a used baler

Summary

The contract covers the supply, installation and commissioning of one used channel baler for cardboard and mixed paper. The machine must have been manufactured in 2019 or later, be a serial-production unit rather than a prototype, and meet the extensive technical requirements in the tender documents. Delivery, including employee training, must be completed within four months of signing the contract; a delivery period of up to three months receives 4 points, while the price carries 96 points. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 4,000 bid guarantee is required. The supplier must provide a one-month commissioning warranty, Polish technical documentation, CE and GS or equivalent safety documentation, mobile service and spare parts availability in Poland.
