Winter maintenance of municipal roads and pedestrian routes managed by Świeradów-Zdrój Municipality in the 2026/2027 winter season – Tasks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5A and 5B

Summary

The tender covers winter maintenance of municipal roads and pedestrian routes in Świeradów-Zdrój during the 2026/2027 winter season, divided into six tasks. Tasks 1–4 cover 11.999 km, 12.695 km, 12.562 km and 12.709 km of roads respectively; Task 5A covers 9,347 m² of sidewalks plus 1,448 m² of manually maintained pedestrian areas and stairs; Task 5B covers 12,177 m² of sidewalks. The services include snow clearing, removal of winter slipperiness and readiness for call-outs. The service period is 15 November 2026 to 31 March 2027. The contractor must react within 30 minutes of a call, or within 1 hour for the first deployment. The award is made separately for each task: Tasks 1–4 and 5B are assessed by service price (60%) and standby daily fee (40%); Task 5A is assessed by service price (40%), standby fee (40%) and daily manual-work fee (20%).
