Organisation of in-person G1 electrical qualification training for operation and supervision of equipment up to 1 kV, including examinations

Summary

The contract concerns the organisation of an in-person G1 electrical qualification training course covering operation and supervision of electrical equipment, installations and networks up to 1 kV, including two examinations for up to 26 participants. The supplier must provide the training, qualified trainers and examiners, training materials, attendance records, certificates, accommodation, catering and a conference room. The course will take place over three consecutive working days between 21 September and 10 October 2026, with two overnight stays. The hotel must be in Poland, no more than 50 km by road from the contracting authority’s headquarters in Warsaw. The number of participants may be reduced to 22, with payment then calculated using the unit price per participant. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding for 30 days.
